On June 16-17, 2016, Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences Institute of Economic Crops Tang Ronghua，Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences Institute of Crops Liang Xuanqiang and his entourage visited our institute and investigated Hainan peanut production, peanut varieties and other species, and then held a discussion.

At the symposium, the two sides respectively introduced their research results, and made valuable suggestions for Hainan peanut industry and China's tropical peanut industry prospect and direction, then they hoping to strengthen cooperation and exchange in peanut genetic breeding and cultivation mode.

The expert group also visited the planting base of Gongpo town, Wenchang City. In the research site, experts suggested Hainan peanuts should play their own early harvest advantage, stagger the peak of the market, to avoid fierce competition with the mainland peanut market, to achieve good income and build create own brand on Hainan peanuts.
