On November 18th, Yang Yi, general manager of oil palm plantation of PT. GRAHA INTI JAYA in Indonesia, visited CRI-CATAS for investigation and conducted in-depth exchanges on the progress of the current cooperation projects between the two parties and proposed new technical requirements.

At the symposium, HR Director Yang Yi introduced the current operation of PT. GRAHA INTI JAYA in Indonesia and proposed the technical requirements for establishing a joint laboratory in Indonesia. Relying on the laboratory, the two parties discussed the development of the oil palm tissue culture technology system in Indonesia on transfer, transformation and maturation which will lay the foundation for oil palm plantations to provide a large number of high-quality seedlings. At the same time, the requirements for special fertilizer for oil palm, oryctes rhinoceros and basal stem rot were put forward. We hope that our firm will provide technical services for the entire production chain for enterprises to "Go Global" and develop oil palm planting. The Oil Palm Research Center responded that we will carry out technological research in response to the company's technical requirements for industrial development, and provide strong technical support for the company's overseas oil palm industry development.
