Tang Minmin, born in August 1984, Associate researcher, PhD candidate. She is mainly engaged in the extraction, activity evaluation and product development of natural products from tropical palm crops, especially from areca nut. It was found that areca nut polysaccharides and polyphenols had good skin care and anti-fatigue effects in vivo, which provided new ideas for the healthy development of areca nut industry. Two projects of provincial engineering center funding were completed as the second host. Four coconut oil compound essential oil products with moisturizing, whitening and local moulding functions have been sold normally. Products such as date vinegar, date chocolate, date jasmine tea and date milk tea have been developed. The in vitro activity of date vinegar has been preliminarily evaluated, and it has excellent antioxidant activity in vitro. In recent years, the principal authors have won one national invention patent, four appearance patents and participated in the compilation of two monographs. She has published six research papers as the first author, including three SCI papers in recent years.
