Huang Shanchun, male, was born in wanning, Hainan Province in 1981, bachelor degree, associate researcher. He graduated from plant protection of South China Tropical Agricultural University in June 2004. And then he has been engaged in the research and promotion of pest control technology of palm plant in Coconut Research Institute, CATAS.

He presided over 5 provincial and ministerial scientific research projects and participated in 10 other scientific research projects. He has granted 15 patents and published 20 papers, including 2 included in SCI, and 8 journals above as the first author. Participated in compiling 2 monographs, among which the first deputy editor participated in compiling 1 monograph. Participated in the research achievement "Research and application of basic and key technologies for prevention and control of important invasive pest red palm weevil", which was awarded the first prize for scientific and technological progress in Hainan Province in 2013 (the third accomplisher)
