From June 2008 to date, deputy director of Coconut research institute, Chinese academy of tropical agricultural sciences; from to december 2013 to december 2014,deputy director of Changjiang Li and Miao Autonomous County. Secretary general of the professional committee on palm crops of the Chinese society of tropical crops.

Mainly engaged in pest biology and ecology, early warning monitoring and control, areca catechu yellowing disease management. Presided over and participated in agricultural restructuring projects, National Science and technology support projects, public welfare industry (agriculture) research projects, 948 projects, major science and technology projects in Hainan Province. More than 50 research papers have been published in Pesticide Biochemistry and Physiology, Environmental Entomology, Plant Disease and other domestic and foreign journals, among which more than 10 papers have been included in SCI; More than 10 prizes have been awarded for scientific and technological achievements above the provincial and ministerial levels, including the first prize for scientific and technological progress in Hainan Province, the second prize for transformation of achievements in Hainan Province, First Prize of Science and Technology of Chinese Society for Plant Protection.
