Education Background
Wang Fuyou, Master of civil and commercial law, Professor. He was a visiting scholar of the Bioversity International (Rome) in 2010, a member of the Overseas Intellectual Property Rights Lawyers Group of the Ministry of Commerce, and one of 100 high-level IPR Talents Project under the National Intellectual Property Admistration, PRC. He has won the “Leading Talents” of Hainan Province. He was a member of the China-Europe Agricultural Science and Technology Cooperation Working Group in 2011.
Research Area
Mainly engaged in the collection and identification of germplasm resources of the tropical economy palms.

5. Hosted 2019 Hainan Provincial Key Research and Development Program: Plant Integration and Demonstration of Tropical Economic Palm Production Technology in Pakistan funded by the Department of S&T of Hainan Province,
6. Hosted international exchange and cooperation project: Co-investigation, Evaluation of Coconut, Oil Palm and Date Palm Germplasm Resources and Agricultural Technology Experiment Demonstration funded by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs
Main Achievements
Published 26 papers on academic journals above the provincial level, including 17 papers published on national academic journals, 3 papers with high academic value on international academic journals, and 3 monographs.
