Education Background

    Xiao Yong, major in molecular biology of coconut and oil palm, received his BSc degree from the Hubei agricultural colloge, China(2003); his MSc and PhD in Huazhong Agricultural University (2006 and 2010), China.

Work Experience

    Dr. Xiao joined CRI -CATAS in 2010 and engaged in molecular genetic evaluation of coconut and oil palm resournces, molecular mechanism about coconut flowering time, biosynthesis of fatty acid component of oil palm, and so on. .
